Step 1

Receive your Qtis credentials: you will be contacted by one of our team members and they will provide you with a PASSWORD to your Qtis account used in conjunction with your email address. Please do not share your password with anyone – those who have your password will be able to access your data and their activities will be recorded as your activities.

NOTE: Should you need to reset this password click on the forgot password link at the bottom right of the login screen.

Step 2

Create your first Case: Once you have created additional users (if necessary) and case you will be able to start storing information in Qtis.

Create additional Users (as necessary)
1. Go to your “Administrator” tab on the left panel
2. Click on “Users”
3. Create your user by clicking on the (+) sign just to the right of “Users”
4. Enter as much information as you can about the user (You can always edit this later) – enter at least an email and userid.

Create a Case
1. Go to your “Administrator” tab on the left panel
2. Click on “Case Management”
3. Create your first case by clicking on the (+) sign just to the right of “Case Management”
4. Enter as much information as you can about the case. (You can always edit this later)

Assign User to a Case
1. Go to your “Administrator” tab on the left panel
2. Click on “Role Assignment”
3. Select your Case
4. Select your User
5. Select the user Role
6. Click on “Assign”

Now that user will have access to that case you just assigned him/her to in your selection.

Step 3

Now check your email address that you used to create the user. You should have a link from Qtis Support Team to set your password.

  1. Open the email that was sent to the user you just set up.
  2. Click on the link and set the password.
  3. Once you’ve set up the password you are ready to sign in!

Step 4

Once you have signed in with your Admin credentials you can repeat the process and add users and cases and assign those users to cases.

To create a custom Role do the following:
1. Click on “Role Management”
2. Click on the (+) sign just to the right of Role Management
3. Enter the name description
4. Enter the Code (this can be anything you want it to be)
5. Click “Save”

This Role will not be listed under Role Assignment

Step 5

Your users should now have access to the case.

NOTE: If the user had already signed in before you assigned them the case be sure to ask the user to refresh their browser page by clicking on the recycle icon to the left of their URL.
