How to install the Google Chrome Browser

1. Go to www.google.com
2. Search for ‘Download Google Chrome’
3. Click on ‘Download Chrome’
4. If prompted, click ‘Run’ or ‘Save’.
5. If you chose ‘Save’, double-click the download to start installing.
6. Start Chrome.

NOTE: Windows 7: A Chrome window opens once everything is done. Windows 8 & 8.1: A welcome dialog appears.

7. Click Next to select your default browser.


WELCOME TO THE Qtis FAMILY!
One of our account executives will be contacting you to setup your system administrator.
During the setup process our account executive will guide through the following steps:

Step 1

  1. You will be receive an email to set your password.
    (email is coming from Qtis Support Teamqtis@zinatt.com)

2. Once you have set your password. You will be able to gain access to Qtis.
3. Go to https://myqtis.qtis.us to login.

Step 2

Setup additional Users (as necessary)
1. Go to your ‘Administrator’ tab on the left panel.
2. Click on ‘Users’.
3. Create your user by clicking on the ‘+’ sign just to the right of ‘Users’.
4. Enter as much information as you can about the user (You can always edit this later) – At minimum you want to add Username, First Name, Last name, Email and Mobile Number.

Note: As soon as you click ‘Save’ the user you just added will receive an email asking them to set their password.

Create a Case
1. Go to your ‘Administrator’ tab on the left panel.
2. Click on ‘Case Management’.
3. Create your first case by clicking on the ‘+’ sign just to the right of ‘Case Management’.
4. Enter as much information as you can about the case. (You can always edit this later)

Assign User to a Case
1. Go to your ‘Administrator’ tab on the left panel.
2. Click on ‘Role Assignment’.
3. Select your ‘Case(s)’.
4. Select your ‘User’.
5. Select the user ‘Role’.
6. Click on ‘Assign’.

Now that user will have access to that case(s) you just assigned the user in your selection. (This is important otherwise when the user logs in they will not have case in their case drop down and if they do not have a case selected they will not be able to use Qtis)

NOTE: This user you assign to a case will receive an email notifying them that they have been assigned to a case.

Step 3

Your users should now have access to the case.

NOTE: If the user had already signed in before you assigned them the case be sure to ask the user to refresh their page.

How to do a hard refresh on your browser:
– Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).
– Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift + Command + R
